Product Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us within 30 days of receipt of goods.
You must then return your goods within 14 days of this date unused as new, by a secure delivery method.
Please explain the reason for the return and the action you require regarding a replacement or alternative. On receipt of the goods we will inspect the products to ensure they meet our requirements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for return postage costs to us and the goods must be in an unused and as new condition. We will pay for postage costs for the new item being returned to you except for orders outside of the UK. We reserve the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our conditions above.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
